What's Coming Up!
June 27-28, 2009 The DeSoto Amateur Radio Club will participating in Field Day from the NEW DeSoto County Emergency Operations Center. The EOC is located at 2200 Roan Road in Arcadia, come on out and join in the fun! Setup will begin at 12:00 noon on Saturday June 27. This is an opportunity for ALL the local hams and non hams alike to see and operate some of the Amateur Radio equipment at the EOC. Hope to see you there! The next meeting of the DeSoto Amateur Radio Club will be at 7:00pm Tuesday, July, 15th at the NEW DeSoto County EOC. Talk-in for the meeting will be on the 147.075 W4MIN repeater.
